Background    


​Anthony practices in the areas of taxation (Federal and State), superannuation, charity, administrative and commercial law, and equity; with a specialisation in tax and trust law.


Anthony's practice includes advising on all Federal and State taxes, including audits and objections, ATO interviews, GAAR panel, R&D, GST, international tax, transfer pricing, anti-avoidance, duty and other state taxes.


Anthony has acted in many trust disputes including, trust deed and will construction issues, breaches of trust, trustee removal applications, court advice, charitable trusts, and superannuation disputes.


Anthony appears led and unled in the State and Federal courts, and tribunals.
