Direct briefs may be accepted from accounting firms to advise, settle objections, private ruling applications and to represent parties at ATO interviews, negotiations, and mediation/conciliation conferences.

Anthony practices in taxation, superannuation, charity, administrative and commercial law, and equity; with a specialisation in tax and trust law.


Anthony’s background in accounting is particularly valuable in these areas. Anthony’s prior experience (before coming to the Bar in 2012) was as a director/partner in accounting and financial planning firms. 

Anthony's practice includes advising clients on all Commonwealth and State taxes, including advice on audits and objections, ATO interviews, GAAR panel, R&D, GST, international tax, transfer pricing, anti-avoidance (Part IVA), stamp duty and other state taxes.

Anthony appears led and unled in the State and Federal courts, and tribunals. In addition to advocacy, Anthony also maintains a significant opinion and advice practice.

Anthony accepts direct briefs from accounting firms to advise, to settle objections and private ruling applications.
