Practice Areas

Anthony Anderson | Barrister

Anthony maintains a broad Australia-wide advice and litigation practice.

A focus of his practice is in the tax controversy space, where he advises and represents corporate, business and individual clients in managing disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Offices.

Prior to coming to the Bar, he was a director/partner in public accounting and financial planning firms. His experience being primarily in tax consulting, investment and financial instruments, including high-net-worth structuring, inbound/outbound structuring, tax-effective investments, tax-effective estate structuring, tax disputes, ATO audits and ATO rulings.

His background and experience allows him to bring a commercial and pragmatic approach.
